Ridgebacks finish regular season with win in Toronto

TORONTO, Ont. – The Ridgebacks lacrosse team finished up the regular season with a 16-10 win over the Toronto Varsity Blues on the road.
Audrey Taylor opened up the scoring for the Ridgebacks and led the way with four goals on the day to go along with one assist. Jailyn Joensen also chipped in three goals of her own with an assisted while Kendra Orr and Olivia Toll also added two goals. Jolie Jankowski, Rachel Kucera rounded out the scoring for the Ridgebacks.
With the win, The Ridgebacks finish the regular season with a record of 6-3 and will now begin preparing for the OUA Lacrosse Championship next weekend in St. Catharines, Ont. which kicks off with a match up against the Guelph Gryphons.
