Community Day 2026: Bring Your Club Out for This One
Mark it down: Saturday, October 3rd. Community Day is taking over campus, bringing students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members together for a day of activities, free food, interactive experiences, a Ridgeback soccer game, and the Chancellor’s Challenge.
And the best part for you? It's completely free for students.
Why your club should come
This is a great excuse to get your members out together for a day of food, activities, and community, no meeting agenda required.
Community Day is about celebrating Ontario Tech and experiencing some of the cool things happening across campus, especially labs and spaces you otherwise can’t see! At the heart of the day is the Chancellor’s Challenge 5K, which raises funds to support student scholarships and other programs and initiatives at Ontario Tech.
It's also a chance to be visible as a club just by showing up as a group and taking part alongside the rest of campus.
Rally your exec team, rally your members, rally your group chat. A club that shows up together is a club people remember.

Registration is free for students and takes two minutes. Round up your club and register as a team!
Community Day is a chance to experience campus in a different way and be part of something that brings the whole Ontario Tech community together to support students. Grab your club, grab your friends and come be part of it.
