2024/2025 LOOK BACK PT. 2: THE DATA
The 2024/2025 academic year is officially over (*phew!). No year is easy, but you survived and thrived, and we’re so proud of all the progress you’ve made this year. But you’re not the only one. The OTSU, in its purpose to enhance your student experience, made a lot of strides this year too!
We started the year by rallying around the word engagement. Our mission for the year was to increase student engagement with the union through events and initiatives that foster community and belonging, while enhancing our service offering so that our diverse student body could get as much as they could out of their union membership.
We shook up a few of our long-standing events, piloted new initiatives across many of our staple services, and introduced updates on our operational side, seeking to make enhancements and improvements across the board.
Like you, we’re improving a little every day, and are immensely proud of the results we got this year. But don’t take our word for it, the numbers speak for themselves. Without further adieu, here’s a look at the 2024/2025 year by the numbers, and as always, if you ever need anything or have suggestions or would like to give feedback, our door is always open!
