I don't know how you felt about it when you were a kid, but High School Musical was one of my all-time favourite movies when I was a kid. If I needed some comfort, I would watch it again. The first film in the series was released in 2006, and if you had asked me back then who my favourite couple was, I would have said Troy and Gabriella. I would say that the villain in the films was Sharpay in all three films because she constantly tried to break up Troy and Gabriela. After all, the three of them were involved in a love triangle. On the other hand, as time has passed and I have grown more mature and wiser, I have concluded that Sharpay was the better girl for Troy. When I say that, I am aware that it may come as a surprise to some people since, when I was younger, if you had told me this, I would not have believed you either.

There are two sides to every argument, and one can argue that Sharply was a bully in the film. This fact cannot be refuted, as there were scenes in the movie in which she exercised complete authority over the teaching staff, the other students, and the school as a whole. There are certainly more polite ways in which she could have handled certain situations, but there is no question that she was the better girl for Troy.

To begin, there were three different high school musical movies. These movies covered the period from winter to spring (the first one), summer vacation (the second one), and the time leading up to when the characters graduated high school and went to college (the third one). That is about equivalent to either the entirety of one year on the calendar or around 18 months. Gabriella around three times toyed with Troy's heart throughout that period. It's possible to accuse her of being self-centred, considering how much Troy gave up for her.

Yes, they made a nice pair, and the movie did an excellent job capturing the chemistry between them. Despite this Troy transferred schools for her so that they could live in a more convenient location for both of them, but she did not consider making the same sacrifice for him.

Sharpay was always there for Troy, as she would encourage him to be the best that he could be, and although she was a bit possessive of her drama club, to be fair, she had a cause to be, but that is a whole different contentious argument. Sharpay was always there for Troy. Gabriella was constantly leaving, nagging him about changing and wanting him to be closer, which jeopardized Troy's future. On the other hand, Sharpay was constantly attempting to steer Troy in a more positive direction by arranging for him to have meetings and brunches with influential people to advance his basketball career.

Sharpay cared about Troy's goals. Therefore, she went above and above to assist him in seizing many favourable opportunities. She helped him build connections with college representatives to broaden his possibilities and increase his chances of earning a scholarship. Troy's friends were not looking out for his best interests, as they chastised him for putting his academics before anything else. The whole time, Gabriella did nothing except whine, preventing any advancement toward his goal that may have been possible. Gabriella was a problem in the second film. She chooses to end her relationship with Troy because of her insatiable desire for Troy's attention. If she were more mature and readier to see the broader picture, she would realize that he was preoccupied with trying to build a better and more promising future for himself. He shouldn't have ignored her or cancelled plans with her. Sharpay was in charge of arranging dinners and meetings for him to introduce him to the right people.

In summary, you can see this analysis demonstrated that Sharpay was the better girl for Troy as she was constantly pushing him to be better and be the better version of him and cared about his future.
