OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ridgebacks are excited to announce winger Robyn Storey as the latest addition to the 2024-25 recruiting class.
Storey comes to Ontario Tech from Northern Collegiate in Sarnia, Ont. and played for the Bluewater Hawks for the past three years where she impressively had two back-to-back seasons with 20 regular season goals.
Storey is coming to the Ridgebacks with a wealth of success, capturing the Brass Championship in the USA/CAN cup just last year after taking down the number one team in the country. In 2022 Storey also won the Walter Gretzky Tournament where she was her team's goals and points leader.
"We are very excited that Robyn has committed to Ontario Tech to continue her athletic and academic pursuits," says head coach Kassidy Nauboris. "Robyn has great offensive vision, finding the sweet spots on the ice and utilizing her strong shot to chip in on the game sheet. We can't wait to have her on campus this fall."
The right winger will enroll in Forensic Psychology this fall when she joins the Ridgebacks.
