Over a six-week period during the winter, a team of six Ontario Tech students representing four different faculties at the university put their knowledge to the test in a national ‘hackathon’ organized by Experience Ventures, a federal program funded by Employment and Social Development Canada.

The opportunity to learn in the workplace and gain field experience is invaluable for students preparing for their future careers and is a cornerstone of the educational journey at Ontario Tech University.
