OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ontario Tech women's soccer team is still searching for their first win of the season after falling 2-0 to the Toronto Varsity Blues on Saturday night.

The Varsity Blues got the scoring started early with a goal from Julia Cochrane in the fifth minute of the game. The Ridgeback kept the game close, finding ten shots, but found themselves on the receiving end of a goal from Emilija Lucic in the second half.

Alicia Chisholm started in net for the Ridgebacks and recorded seven saves.

The Ridgebacks will get a short break from action before returning to Vaso's Field on Sunday, September 15 when they take on the TMU Bold at 1 p.m.
