The Ontario Tech Student Union office is located in the UL Building on Founders Drive, just north of the university's North Oshawa Library. This space is home to a number of student-focused services aimed to enhance the student experience, such as campus clubs and student societies, the Student Health and Dental Insurance Plan, executive offices and more.

The UL Building has eight classrooms (UL1 to UL8), which are used for tutorials, and lectures.
