KINGSTON, Ont. – Ontario Tech Lacrosse opened up their showing at the OUA Championships in Kingston, Ont. with a 9-9 draw against the Laurier Golden Hawks.

The final game of the day got under way at 8:15 p.m. and saw Kendra Orr (Brooklin, Ont.) get the scoring started for both teams. Jailyn Joensen (Whitby, Ont.) led all scorers with four goals on the game, while Catherine Vinkovic (Oshawa, Ont.) and Samantha Blair (Middle Sackville, N.S.) also netted two goals on the night.

The Ridgebacks will be back in action tomorrow when they take on the Queen's Gaels at 1:30 p.m.
