Ridgebacks win big over McGill on the road
The Ontario Tech lacrosse program picked up it's second win in two weeks after downing the McGill Redbirds 15-5 on the road.
KINGSTON, Ont. – The Ontario Tech lacrosse program picked up it's second win in two weeks after downing the McGill Redbirds 15-5 on the road.
In the first match of the day, the Ridgebacks took on the Queen's Gaels, dropping the game 17-4 with Ontario Tech goals coming from Kendra Orr (Brooklin, Ont.), who picked up two, Audrey Taylor (Bowmanville, Ont.) and Jailyn Joensen (Whitby, Ont.).
In the day's second game, the Ridgebacks offense came to life with five goals from Orr, four goals from Joensen, and three from Jolie Jankowski (Courtice, Ont.).
The Ridgebacks will now prepare for their lone home stand of the season with two games coming to Vaso's Field on Sunday, September 22 against the Guelph Gryphons and Laurier Golden Hawks.
