Klysh joins 2025-26 men's basketball class
OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ontario Tech men's basketball team is happy to announce the signing of Ashton Klysh to the 2025-26 recruiting class.
"I'm incredibly thankful to Coach Deluxshan and the entire Ontario Tech program for believing in me," said Klysh. "Joining the Ridgeback family is a huge honour. I'm committed to bringing my full effort every day, embracing the culture, and doing whatever it takes to help the team succeed."
The six-foot-six Winnipeg, Man. native spent two seasons with the Waterloo Warriors, where he played in 23 games between the 2022-23 and 2023-24 seasons.
"We are excited to welcome Ashton to Ontario Tech. Ashton is a versatile student-athlete who can do multiple things well on the court," said Ridgebacks Head Coach Deluxshan Pathmanathan. "He embodies our values and is someone that will represent our program well both on and off the court. We are looking forward to having him on campus this September."
