Full biography
Dr. Terry Wu joined Ontario Tech University as a Full Professor in 2003. He was the founding Director of the Management Development Centre. Dr. Wu developed the university's first master’s certificate programs in municipal management, project management, and information technology management. Previously, he was a Full Professor in the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. Dr. Wu has received numerous research and teaching awards, including the Teaching Excellence Award at the University of Regina. He has established extensive research collaborations with researchers in Australia, Canada, Japan, and the U.S. over the years. He has had visiting positions in several U.S., Hungarian, and Japanese universities. He has lectured extensively in Japan, Mexico, and the U.S. He has published numerous articles in refereed journals, books, book chapters, and conference proceedings. His recent publications include two books entitled International Marketing of Higher Education and Emerging Issues in Global Marketing: A Shifting Paradigm. Dr. Wu has served as a board member of the Greater Oshawa Chamber of Commerce. He has also served on the University of Ontario Institute of Technology Board of Governors.
