OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ontario Tech Ridgebacks women's soccer program is happy to announce the addition of midfielder Ava Albright to the 2025 recruiting class.
The five-foot-six Ottawa native attended ST-FX High School, and made her mark at home by joining the West Ottawa Soccer Club during her 2020–2024 years. Albright would go on to win the ERSL league championship and won the ERSL Cup in 2019. She also won the gold medal for the Brossard tournament in 2017 and the OPSM overall MVP for Ottawa combine in 2022. She was named as one of the top 60 at the FTF event in the summer of 2023.
She spent most of her early career playing for the Ottawa South United in the OPDL league during her 2014–2020 years. As well as playing with the West Ottawa SC in her 2020–2024 years in the OPDL/Women's Premier League.
