Ridgebacks add Nadine Hadzic to 2026 recruiting class
OSHAWA, Ont. – The Ontario Tech women's soccer team is pleased to announce the addition of Nadine Hadzic to its 2026 recruiting class.
A five-foot-nine centre back from London, Ont., Hadzic joins the Ridgebacks after spending the 2025 season with the University of Manitoba women's soccer program.
Prior to her time at the U SPORTS level, she developed at Alliance FC where Hadzic helped lead the club to two Ontario Cup championships and two national appearances while serving as team captain. In 2024, Hadzic joined the Ontario Premier League to continue her development with London FC.
"We're excited to welcome Nadine Hadzic, a composed and commanding center back who brings a strong presence to our back line," said Ridgebacks Head Coach Audra Sherman. "She reads the game well, wins battles, and has the ability to break lines with precision."
Hadzic will study Education at Ontario Tech University when she arrives on campus this fall.
