Ridgebacks pick up fourth win in a row
ST. CATHARINES, Ont. – The Ridgebacks improved their winning streak to four games in a row after taking down the Brock Badgers 10-7 on the road.
The defensive battle saw the Ridgebacks take an early with Kendra Orr (Brooklin, Ont.) and Olivia Toll (Oshawa, Ont.) finding their way onto the board early.
The Ridgebacks would continue to be stout defensively, and found more offensive production from Toll with two more goals and two assist. Jailyn Joensen (Whitby, Ont.) chiped in with two goals, Audrey Taylor (Bowmanville, Ont.), added two goals and two assists of her own.
Ontario Tech now move to 5-2 on the season with the win, and will look towards a match up with the Trent Excalibur next weekend on the road before finishing the regular season with a match up against the Toronto Varsity Blues.
